摘  要:中山西环高速横栏服务区B匝道桥中采用了105 m跨径超高性能混凝土(UHPC)简支梁桥,桥面宽度为10.5 m。上部结构采用大节段预制吊装+纵横向湿接缝连接的形式。主梁由2片预制斜腹板箱梁组成,梁高4.1 m,箱梁横向中心间距5.2 m,通过湿接缝和横隔板形成整体;主梁每隔6 m设1道横肋,减弱其畸变、翘曲和剪力滞效应;主梁预应力钢束采用体外后张为主、体内先张为辅的方案,即主梁的通长预应力钢束采用后张体外束,保证结构简洁、轻盈,跨中节段增设先张法钢绞线提高截面抗弯承载力并增强结构的延性;后浇带处配筋采用预制梁段纵向钢筋外伸+局部植筋。对结构刚度及承载力、抗裂及应力、端横梁锚固区局部受力及转向块承载力等进行验算,结果均满足规范要求。The Zhongshan West Ring Expressway involves a 105 m-long simply-supported bridge with a deck width of 10.5 m(B ramp bridge at Henglan service area).The superstructure consists of two 4.1 m-high precast UHPC box girders that are spaced 5.2 m and connected by cast-in-situ UHPC stitches and diaphragms.To reduce the lateral deformation,warping and shear lag effects,transverse stiffeners are installed at intervals of 6 m.The prestressing tendons in the superstructure constitute the external post-tensioned tendons(main tendons)and the pre-tensioned tendons placed along with the installation of the box girders,in details,the continuity tendons are external post-tensioned tendons that allow the minimalist and slenderness of the bridge.In the midspan segments,pre-tensioned steel strands are added to improve the cross-sectional load-carrying capacity and enhance the structural ductility.The cast-in-situ stitches were poured with the supports of the protruding longitudinal reinforcement in the prefabricated girders and the locally-added reinforcement.The code compliance of multiple factors was verified,including the stiffness,load bearing capacity,cracking resistance and stresses of the bridge structure,as well as the local loading condition of the anchorage zone of the end cross beam,and the load bearing capacity of the deviators.
