摘  要:针对全钢子午线轮胎氮气硫化工艺在高压蒸汽充入阶段冷凝水排出时出现硫化压力波动大、排出热能较多问题进行改善研究。结果表明,将蒸汽排凝管路中的节流孔板孔径由Φ10 mm调整至Φ8 mm,可有效改善硫化压力波动大、热能排出较多的问题,在保证胶囊内部快速升温的同时减小上下模温差,缩短硫化时间,有效提高轮胎硫化程度均匀性和生产效率。The nitrogen vulcanization process of all-steel radial tires was improved to reduce vulcanization pressure variation and heat energy discharge during the condensed water discharge in the high-pressure steam entry stage.The results indicated that adjusting the orifice diameter of the throttling orifice in the steam condensate pipeline fromΦ10 mm toΦ8 mm could effectively solve the problems of large pressure vulcanization variation and excessive heat energy discharge,while ensuring rapid temperature rise inside the vulcanization bladder,reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower molds,and shortening vulcanization time,effectively improving the uniformity of tire vulcanization degree and the production efficiency.
