摘 要:目的探讨硫必利与脑电生物反馈疗法联用对抽动障碍合并注意缺陷多动障碍患儿抽动情况与适应行为能力的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2023年1月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的96例抽动障碍合并注意缺陷多动障碍患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组予以硫必利治疗,观察组采用硫必利与脑电生物反馈疗法联合治疗。比较两组患儿抽动情况变化、注意力表现、适应行为改善效果、治疗效果以及综合能力。结果治疗1个月、3个月以及6个月后观察组抽动情况评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组视觉注意、听觉注意、注意力商数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组焦虑紧张、学习问题、品行问题以及多动指数评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组听觉语言障碍、身体运动协调障碍、结构与空间知觉障碍、前庭平衡功能障碍评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用硫必利联合脑电生物反馈疗法治疗抽动障碍合并注意缺陷多动障碍临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿抽动情况,强化注意力表现,改善适应行为能力,有利于促进患儿综合能力提升,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of tiapride combined with EEG biofeedback therapy on tic condition and adaptive behavior in children with tic disorder combined with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 96 children with tic disorder combined with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treated in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiapride,and the observation group was treated with tiapride and EEG biofeedback therapy.The changes of tic status,attention performance,adaptive behavior improvement effect,treatment effect and comprehensive ability were compared between the two groups.Results The tic scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the visual attention,auditory attention and attention quotient scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety,learning problems,conduct problems and hyperactivity index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of auditory language disorder,motor coordination disorder,structural and spatial perception disorder and vestibular balance dysfunction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiapride combined with EEG biofeedback therapy in the treatment of tic disorder combined with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the tic condition of children,strengthen attention performance,improve adaptive behavior ability,and promote the comprehensive ability of children,and has high clinical application value.
