摘　　要：总结1例妊娠30周伴脓毒症休克发生心搏骤停猝死患者的急救护理经验。护理要点:妊娠期心搏骤停的急救护理;制订转运护理预案,保障体外膜肺氧合联合持续静脉血液滤过支持下手术转运安全;动态监测炎症指标,实施抗感染护理;实施目标温度精确管理;多重因素干扰凝血功能下进行个体化抗凝血护理。经过31 d的精心治疗与护理,该患者病情稳定,顺利出院;出院5个月随访,患者恢复良好。The nursing experience of a pregnant woman with stillborn fetus with a septic shock to cardiac arrest at 30 weeks of pregnancy was summarized.The critical points of nursing include first aid nursing of cardiac arrest during pregnancy,preparation of transport plan to ensure ECMO combined with CVVH to support cesarean section,anti-infection nursing of fetal death complicated with septic shock,precise implementation of target temperature management,individualized anti-coagulation nursing under multiple factors interference.After 31 days of careful treatment and nursing,the patient’s condition was stable,discharged smoothly,and the patient recovered well after 5 months of follow-up.
