李丽霞基于阴火论运用火针治疗带状疱疹经验介绍

摘　　要：李丽霞教授认为带状疱疹发病与脾胃虚损相关,其病因病机为饮食不节、情志失调、劳役过度等内伤脾胃,使脾失运化,气失升降,阴火内生,熏蒸肌肤。治疗本病宜以补益脾胃、清泄阴火为法。火针具有“温、通、清、消、补”等作用,与本病病因病机契合。李丽霞教授在临床上基于阴火论,选取皮损部位阿是穴、脾俞、胃俞、支沟、后溪等穴,采用火针治疗本病,疗效肯定。Professor LI Lixia believes that the onset of herpes zoster is related to the spleen and stomach deficiency;its etiology and pathogenesis are the internal damage to the spleen and stomach caused by irregular diet,emotional disorders,and excessive labor,which leads to the failure of the spleen to govern transportation and transformation,the failure of qi to ascend and descend,and internal generation of yin fire fumigating the skin.The treatment of the disease should be based on supplementing the spleen and stomach,and clearing and discharging yin fire.Fire needling has the functions of"warming,unblocking,clearing,dispersing,and supplementing",which are in line with the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.Professor LI Lixia,based on the theory of yin fire,selects the ouch points located on skin lesions,Pishu(BL20)point,Weishu(BL21)point,Zhigou(TE6)point,and Houxi(SI3)point,and uses fire needling to treat this disease with positive therapeutic effects.
