基于“同气相求”思想的同名经“同气一经”理论探析

摘　　要：十二经脉理论完善于《黄帝内经》,该理论增强了经脉之间的联系性,是中医理论体系的重要组成部分。十二经脉以三阴三阳分成了六组同名经,同名经是具有相同阴阳属性的经脉,其内在的关联性是人体体表经脉上下密切联系的依据之一。文章从《黄帝内经》出发,根据经脉的循行分布和与天地相应的特点,以“同气相求”为切入点,对手足同名经的阴阳属性、经气流转、相互关系等进行初步探讨,阐述手足同名经“同气一经”,即十二经脉中的手足同名经,是统一在同名的阴阳气之下,是六气(太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、厥阴、少阴)在人体中表达的具体体现,而同名手足经的不同,仅仅是寓意同气之下的上下、内外、天地等的不同而已,同名手足经实为六气下的一经。The theory of the twelve meridians was perfected in the Huangdi Neijing,and the theory not only enhanced the connectivity between the meridians but also is an important part of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine.The twelve meridians are divided into six groups of homonymous meridians with three yin and three yang.The homonymous meridians are meridians with the same yin and yang properties,and their intrinsic correlation is one of the bases for the close connection between the upper and lower meridians in the human body.In this paper,based on the distribution of the meridians and their correspondence with the heaven and earth,and based on the theory of‘sensation and response’,we make a preliminary discussion on the properties of yin and yang,the circulation of the meridians,and the interrelationship of the hand and foot meridians with the same name,and explain that the hand and foot meridians with the same name are actually identical,that is,the different hand and foot meridians with the same name in the twelve meridians are the six qi(taiyang,yangming,shaoyang,taiyin,jue yin,and shao yin).The six qi are expressed in the human body and thus unified under the same name of yin and yang qi.The difference in the same name of the hand and foot meridian is only a reflection of the difference between the upper and lower,inner and outer,heaven and earth under the same qi,the same name hand and foot meridian is actually a meridian under the six qi.
