从形气神三位一体生命观探析“心藏神”与“脑为元神之府”

摘　　要：中医学认为心具有主司精神、意识、思维、情志等心理活动的功能,同时脑也具有主宰生命活动、精神活动和感觉运动的功能。心和脑都具有主宰神明的功能。文章基于形气神三位一体生命观,分别从心和脑的形、气、神方面阐释“心藏神”与“脑为元神之府”的机理,从而论证“心脑共主神明”的理论,阐释主宰人的精神、意识和思维活动的大脑与心有着密切的联系。为中医理论的现代科学解析及临床治疗情志病提供新的思路。Chinese medicine believes that the heart has the function of mastering mental activities such as spirit,consciousness,thinking and emotion,while the brain also has the function of mastering vital activities,mental activities and sensory movements.Both the heart and the brain have the function of mastering the spirit.Based on the concept of the trinity of life view,this article explains the mechanism of the heart and brain in terms of their form,qi and spirit,respectively,and demonstrates the theory that‘the heart and brain share the mastery of the mind’and explains that the brain,which dominates human spirituality,consciousness and thinking activities,is closely related to the heart.It provides new ideas for the modern scientific analysis of Chinese medicine theories and clinical treatment of mental diseases.
