摘　　要：《素问·水热穴论》“肾者,胃之关也”,论述了水病产生水肿的病机。后世医家阐释原文、剖析文献、注释解读、训诂考证、结合临证,进行分析发挥,但众说纷纭,莫衷一是。文章整理、辨析了历代医家争鸣,延众家之说,补充“肾为胃气之关”的观点;从水谷之道结构基础、水谷代谢功能机制、升降平衡与生命繁育角度深入探讨;依据肾为胃行水气和脾为胃行谷气两个层面,展开对“肾为胃气之关”的观点探讨;结合现代临床应用,深入理解“关”的作用,突出前后二阴“二关”并重的现实意义。为“肾者,胃之关也”之争论提供新见解。The content of‘kidney is the door of stomach’in Suwen·Shuirexue Lun discussed the pathogenesis of edema caused by water disease.Later doctors have studied and developed this sentence by explaining the original text,interpreting literature,analyzing annotation,researching exegesis and combining with clinical experience with varies opinions.Therefore,this article collates and discriminates the arguments of doctors in the past dynasties.Extending the doctor’s theory and supplementing viewpoint of‘kidney is the door of stomach qi’.Discussing this point of view from structural foundation of the way of food and drink,supersession of food and drink,up-down balance and life reproduction.Expanding the two aspects:kidney promoting water qi and spleen promoting food qi for stomach.Combining modern clinical application,this paper deeply understands the function of the‘door’and attaches equal importance to urethra and anus,which provides a new insight for the debate of‘kidney is the door of stomach’.
