摘　　要：在“天人合一”论指导下,马钰融道家内丹修炼于一体,创天星针刺术。文章详细介绍了天星针刺术的主要内容和机理。天星针刺术分天星十二穴针刺术和北斗七星针刺术。天星十二穴针刺术以手足阴阳七条经脉的五输穴为主,以应北斗七星和十二时。北斗七星针刺术取头部腧穴神庭、百会、脑户,春夏各取颈下督脉四个腧穴,秋冬各取颈下任脉四个腧穴,合头部三个腧穴以应北斗七星。腧穴配伍有担截配伍、三部配伍、混合配伍三种,针刺以平刺、斜刺、浮刺为主,除肢体腧穴外不留针。天星十二腧穴与北斗七星腧穴配伍时,先刺肢体腧穴,继刺头部腧穴,最后刺颈下任脉腧穴、督脉腧穴。要求医者修炼导引行气术、内丹术,针刺时重视调气行气,担补截泻,患者配合导引行气。Under the guidance of the‘unity of heaven and man’theory,Taoist physician MA Yu integrated the cultivation of Taoist internal alchemy into one and created the Tianxing Acupuncture Technique.This paper introduces the main contents and mechanism of Tianxing Acupunture Technique in detail.Tianxing Acupuncture Technique includes Tianxing Twelvepoint Acupuncture Technique and the Big Dipper Acupuncture Technique.Tianxing Twelve-point Acupuncture Technique mainly focuses on the five-shu points in seven meridians of hand-and foot-yin and yang,corresponding to the Big Dipper and the twelve two-hour;Big Dipper Acupuncture Technique takes the head acupoints Shenting(DU 24),Baihui(DU 20),and Naohu(DU 17).In spring and summer,four acupoints are taken from the neck lower governor meridian,and in autumn and winter,four acupoints are taken from the neck lower Ren meridian,combining the three acupoints on the head to correspond to the Big Dipper.Acupoints compatibility has three kinds of Danjie,three-section and blend.Tianxing acupuncture mainly involves flat,oblique,and floating needling,without but retaining needles except for limb acupoints.During compatibility,the acupoints at limbs are first punctured,then the head acupoints,and last the neck lower acupoints.Doctors are required to practice the techniques of guiding and promoting qi,as well as internal alchemy.During acupuncture,qi is directed through the needle and acupoints in attention to Danbu Jiexie,while patients cooperate in calming their minds.
