摘 要:目的:采用量化指标,优化三类(不同药味数)浙派膏方的收膏成型工艺,并比较工艺参数。方法:采用多指标综合评分法结合正交试验设计,以辅料用量(A)、清膏相对密度(B)和成品膏相对密度(C)为3个因素,膏方的性状特征、含量以及检出情况为评价指标,优选膏方收膏成型工艺参数并进行对比。结果:优化后3种膏方不同辅料的收膏成型工艺如下。以阿胶为辅料,<30味中药:A 5%、B(1.19±0.01)g/c m^(3)、C(1.24±0.01)g/cm^(3);30~60味中药:A 5%、B(1.17±0.01)g/cm^(3)、C(1.27±0.01)g/cm^(3);>60味中药:A 5%、B(1.15±0.01)g/cm^(3)、C(1.21±0.01)g/cm^(3)。以冰糖为辅料:<30味中药:A 15%、B(1.19±0.01)g/cm^(3)、C(1.38±0.01)g/cm^(3);30~60味中药:A 15%、B(1.17±0.01)g/cm^(3)、C(1.30±0.01)g/cm^(3);>60味中药:A 15%、B(1.15±0.01)g/cm^(3)、C(1.34±0.01)g/cm^(3)。结论:优选的膏方收膏成型工艺参数均准确可行,不同药味数的浙派膏方收膏成型工艺参数上无显著性差异,量化后的工艺参数可应用于不同的药味数的膏方收膏成型。Objective:To optimize the molding process and compare the process parameters of different numbers of medicines of Zhejiang paste with different excipients using quantitative indicators.Methods:With the paste properties,yield rate,and detected medicinal ingredients as evaluation index,and the content of excipients(A),the relative density of the clear and finished paste(B and C)were used as evaluation indicators,the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method combined with orthogonal experimental design were used to optimize the molding process parameters of the clear and finished paste and compare them.Results:The optimized molding process of the three paste with different excipients are as follows.Asini Corii Colla(ACC):<30 kinds of medicines:A 5%,B(1.19±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.24±0.01)g/cm^(3);30 to 60 kinds of medicines:A 5%,B(1.17±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.27±0.01)g/cm^(3);>60 kinds of medicines:A 5%,B(1.15±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.21±0.01)g/cm^(3).Rock sugar:<30 kinds of medicines:A 15%,B(1.19±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.38±0.01)g/cm^(3);30 to 60 kinds of medicines:A 15%,B(1.17±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.30±0.01)g/cm^(3);>60kinds of medicine:A 15%,B(1.15±0.01)g/cm^(3),C(1.34±0.01)g/cm^(3).Conclusion:The selected molding process parameters of the paste were accurate and feasible,and there was no significant difference in the molding process parameters of different numbers of medicines Zhejiang paste,indicating that the quantified process parameters can be applied to molding the paste with different numbers of medicines.
