摘  要:《黄帝内经》的脏象学说医学理论体系,是从“十象、八变”顺势观察脏腑病的十八条快速观察通道。脏象学说认为,饮食不慎寒热、过食五味、饮食不节是内伤致病的重要因素,而因饮食寒热引发的脏腑内伤,又在十象中以各种现象体现。所以,食象作为重要的一象,进入脏象学说的十象。文章主要论证脏象学说中的食象学说及其对预防疾病、养生保健的重要意义。In the medical theory system of doctrine of visceral manifestations in Huangdi Neijing,the‘ten images and eight changes’is a fast and convenient way to observe the diseases of viscera and bowels.According to the theory of visceral manifestations,in attention of cold and heat,imbalance of five flavors and lack of temperateness when eating,are crucial factors that cause internal damages.The internal viscera and bowels’damages caused by cold and heat of diet are reflected in various phenomena in the ten images.Therefore,the taste-state,as an important part,are selected in one of the ten images.This article focuses on the theory of taste-state in the theory of visceral manifestations and its significance in the prevention of disease and health care.
