摘 要:在新型电力系统建设的背景下,虚拟电厂以其独特的优势成为了各类分布式资源参与电力市场的重要形式之一,如何实现对虚拟电厂中各类资源的优化调度、使虚拟电厂在参与市场的过程中达到最佳的效果,成为亟待解决的问题。以虚拟电厂参与电力市场交易为背景,探寻虚拟电厂参与电力市场交易的运行机理,研究虚拟电厂内部各资源主体的出力模型,并以虚拟电厂整体经济收益最大化为目标,构建计及风险偏好的虚拟电厂优化调度模型,得到虚拟电厂在参与电力市场交易过程中的调度优化策略。最终通过算例分析,对比不同风险偏好系数下虚拟电厂中各主体组合的收益情况,得到的结果证明,各类分布式资源主体以虚拟电厂形式参与市场交易时能够取得更高的收益,验证了所构建模型的有效性。In the context of the construction of new power system,virtual power plant with its unique advantages has become one of the important forms of various types of distributed resources to participate in the power market,how to achieve the optimal scheduling of various types of resources in the virtual power plant,so that the virtual power plant to participate in the market in the process of achieving the best results,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is based on the background of virtual power plant to participate in the power market transaction,explored the operation mechanism of virtual power plant to participate in the power market transaction,researched the power model of each resource body within the virtual power plant,and with the goal of maximizing the overall economic returns of the virtual power plant,constructed the optimal scheduling model of the virtual power plant taking into account the risk preference,and got the scheduling optimization strategy of the virtual power plant to participate in the process of the power market transaction.Finally,through the example analysis,we compare the returns of each subject combination in the virtual power plant under different risk preference coefficients,and the results proved that all kinds of distributed resource subjects can achieve higher returns when participating in the market transaction in the form of virtual power plant,which proves the validity of the constructed model.
