摘　　要：本文基于岗位需求导向,对病虫害绿色防控技术课程教学现状进行分析,在充分了解毕业生择业方向和岗位人才需求的基础上进行课程教学改革。通过增加科学前沿成果,建设课程网络资源库,丰富课程内容与资源;利用信息技术,通过课前准备、课中教学和课后拓展,优化教学模式;利用典型案例,加强思政教育;利用校内作物生产种植基地、校外农业公司与家庭农场等实践基地,优化实践教学方法;同时,改进考核评价体系。实践表明,改革后的教学模式获得明显成效,着重培养学生的实践技能和爱农情怀,并注重补充科学前沿知识和专业技能。为农作物绿色、安全生产提供人才支持。Based on job demand orientation,the current situation was analysed of Green Prevention and Control Technology for Diseases and Pests course teaching,and course teaching reform was carried out on the basis of fully understanding the career direction of graduates and the demand for job talents.By increasing cutting-edge scientific achievements,built a course network resource library,enriched course content and resources;Utilized information technology to optimize teaching models through pre class preparation,in class teaching,and post class expansion;Utilized typical cases to strengthen ideological and political education;Utilized on campus crop production and planting bases,off campus agricultural companies,family farms,and other practical bases to optimize practical teaching methods;At the same time,improved the assessment and evaluation system.Practice had shown that the reformed teaching model had achieved significant results,focusing on cultivating students’practical skills and love for agriculture,and emphasizing the supplementation of cutting-edge scientific knowledge and professional skills.Provided talent supports for green and safe production of crops.
