立体定向软通道微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析立体定向软通道微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的临床效果。方法将76例HICH患者根据手术方式不同分为参照组(38例,行传统手术治疗)和研究组(38例,行立体定向软通道微创血肿清除术治疗)。比较两组手术情况、神经功能、日常生活能力。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间短于参照组,血肿残余体积低于参照组,血肿清除率高于参照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,研究组NIHSS评分低于参照组,BI评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术相比,立体定向软通道微创血肿清除术治疗HICH的效果更好,可明显缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,改善其神经功能及日常生活能力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 76 HICH patients were divided into reference group(38 cases,traditional surgery)and study group(38 cases,stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal)according to different surgical methods.The operation status,neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,the residual volume of hematoma was lower than that of the reference group,and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the BI score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional surgery,stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal has better effect in the treatment of HICH,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients.
