血清降钙素、癌胚抗原联合检测对甲状腺髓样癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素、癌胚抗原联合检测对甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)的诊断价值。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月我院收治的85例MTC患者纳入研究组,另选取同期在我院体检的85例健康者作为对照组,检测及对比两组的血清降钙素、癌胚抗原水平,分析血清降钙素、癌胚抗原单独及联合检测对MTC的诊断效能。结果研究组血清降钙素、癌胚抗原水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,血清降钙素、癌胚抗原单独及联合检测诊断MTC的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.965、0.956、0.997,联合检测诊断效能更高。结论MTC患者血清降钙素、癌胚抗原水平呈异常高表达,血清降钙素、癌胚抗原联合检测诊断MTC价值较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen for medullary thyroid carcinoma(MTC).Methods 85 MTC patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study group,and 85 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen levels of the two groups were detected and compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection of serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen for MTC was analyzed.Results The serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC of single and combined detection of serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen in the diagnosis of MTC were 0.965,0.956 and 0.997,respectively,and the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection was higher.Conclusions The serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen levels of MTC patients are abnormally high,and the combined detection of serum calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen is of high value in the diagnosis of MTC,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
