喹硫平联合坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平联合坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症患者的效果。方法选取2020年4月至2023年3月我院收治的150例精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用喹硫平治疗,观察组采用喹硫平联合坦度螺酮治疗。比较两组的精神症状、认知功能及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组PANSS各维度评分均降低,且观察组PANSS各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LOTCA评分升高,且观察组LOTCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.67%,与对照组的12.00%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症可缓解患者症状,改善其认知功能,且治疗安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of quetiapine combined with tandospirone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 150 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with quetiapine,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with tandospirone.The psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LOTCA scores of the two groups increased,and the LOTCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.67%,which had no statistical difference with 12.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine combined with tandospirone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia can relieve the symptoms,and improve the cognitive function of patients,with higher safety.
