血塞通注射液联合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血塞通注射液联合曲克芦丁对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法将2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的98例ACI患者随机分为两组。对照组采用曲克芦丁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用血塞通注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组的凝血功能、神经功能及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组血浆D-D、FIB水平高于对照组,PT短于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合曲克芦丁治疗ACI患者能够改善其凝血功能,促进其神经功能恢复,且药物安全性较高。Objective To explore the impact of Xuesaitong injection combined with troxerutin on coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 98 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with troxerutin,while the observation group was Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The coagulation function,neurological function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma D-D and FIB levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the PT was shorter than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Xuesaitong injection combined with troxerutin in the treatment of ACI patients can improve the coagulation function,and promote the recovery of neurological function,with higher drug safety.
