地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺治疗酒精性肝硬化患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺治疗酒精性肝硬化(AC)的临床效果。方法将138例AC患者随机平均分为两组。对照组采用水飞蓟宾葡甲胺治疗,观察组采用水飞蓟宾葡甲胺联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肝功能、肠黏膜屏障功能及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TBIL、ALT、AST、内毒素、二胺氧化酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺治疗AC患者的效果较好,可改善其肝功能及肠黏膜屏障功能,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules combined with silibinin meglumine in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis(AC).Methods 138 AC patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silibinin meglumine,and the observation group was treated with silibinin meglumine combined with Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules.The clinical efficacy,liver function,intestinal mucosal barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TBIL,ALT,AST,endotoxin and diamine oxidase levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules combined with silibinin meglumine in the treatment of AC patients has better effect,which can improve the liver function and intestinal mucosal barrier function without increasing adverse reactions.
