摘 要:目的:探讨表象训练法在高校跆拳道队训练中的应用效果。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,从某高校跆拳道队中选择32名学生为实验对象,随机分为人数相等的实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统训练方法进行训练,实验组采用表象训练法进行训练。结果:实验组学生旋风踢接侧踢技术的准确性、完成旋风踢侧踢技术时的身体协调性和平衡性、完成旋风踢接侧踢技术的动作速度,以及自我认识、自信心和情绪都优于对照组学生。结论:表象训练法在高校跆拳道队训练中的应用效果较好,并且优于传统训练法。建议:高校跆拳道教师在应用传统训练法的同时应用表象训练法。This paper aims to study the application effect of representation training in college taekwondo training.Methods:Using literature data method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,32 students were selected from a university taekwondo team as experimental subjects,randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with equal number of subjects.The control group applied traditional training method for training,and the experimental group applied imagery training method for training.Results:The accuracy of techniques,the physical coordination and balance of techniques,the speed of techniques,and the self--knowledge,confidence and emotion were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The application of representation training in college taekwondo training is better than the traditional training method.Suggestion:College taekwondo teachers should apply the representation training method along with the traditional training methods.
