摘 要:本文采用文献资料法、个案研究法、数理统计法,以N校为个案进行聚焦研究,分析其在创新创业教育实践中已取得成果,即创新创业课程初具规模、创新创业赛事成绩初步起色、创新创业教学成果逐渐丰富、创新创业制度建设不断完善。但N校创新创业教育发展也存在顶层设计尚存不足、课程类型有待丰富、师资力量有待提升、学生主体地位尚未凸显等4个方面的困境。据此,提出优化路径:加强顶层设计,自上而下协同推进创新创业教育;优化课程建设,培育创新创业精品课程体系;强化师资力量,加快创新创业优秀师资队伍建设;以生为本,发挥学生在创新创业教育中主体地位等。This paper uses the research methods of literature review,case study,and statistical analysis to focus on the case of N college and analyze the achievements it has made in innovation and entrepreneurship education,i.e.the initial formation of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,the initial progress in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,the gradual enrichment of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching achievements,and the continuous strengthening of innovation and entrepreneurship institutional construction.However,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in N college also faces four dilemmas:insufficient top-level design,limited course types,insufficient ability of the faculty team,and insufficient emphasis on the student s main position.Accordingly,this paper puts forward the optimization paths for N college's innovation and entrepreneurship education:strengthening top-level design and jointly promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship elite course systems,accelerating the construction of excellent faculty teams,and giving full play to the student's main position.
