中职体育教育高质量发展的价值、逻辑与路径研究

摘　　要：体育教育是中等职业教育中的重要内容。当前,我国中职体育教育已由快速发展阶段转到高质量发展阶段。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨中职体育教育高质量发展的价值、逻辑与路径。研究认为:高质量发展中职体育教育在培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人、推动经济社会高质量发展、促进中职体育教育长期发展、提升教育公平和包容性、促进健康中国建设等方面具有重要价值。高质量发展中职体育教育的逻辑体现在把高质量发展作为中职体育教育的生命线、坚持问题导向、坚持目标导向等方面。据此,提出中职体育教育高质量发展的路径:坚持党对中职体育教育的全面领导,不断深化中职体育教育改革创新,高度重视协调发展,不断完善校园体育竞赛体系,不断加强体育教师队伍建设。Physical Education(PE)is an important component of secondary vocational education.Currently,PE of secondary vocational education in China has transitioned from a stage of rapid development to a stage of high-quality development.This study adopts literature research method and logical analysis to explore the value,logic,and paths of high-quality development of PE of secondary vocational education.The study posits that high-quality development of PE of secondary vocational education holds significant value in cultivating new generations capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,promoting high-quality economic and social development,facilitating the long-term development of PE of secondary vocational education,enhancing educational equity and inclusiveness,and contributing to the construction of a healthy China.The logic of high-quality development of PE of secondary vocational education is reflected in considering it as the lifeline of PE of secondary vocational education,adhering to a problem-oriented approach,and maintaining a goal-oriented approach.Based on this,the study proposes the following paths for high-quality development of PE of secondary vocational education:upholding the comprehensive leadership of the Party over PE of secondary vocational education,continuously deepening reforms and innovations in PE of secondary vocational education,attaching great importance to coordinated development,continuously improving the campus sports competition system,and strengthening the construction of the sports teaching team.
