摘 要:凸轮-滚轮-滚轮销是大功率船用发动机燃油喷射装置的核心部件,工作期间承受来自喷油器的瞬时燃油压力,工作条件极为苛刻,极易发生滚轮打滑和磨损失效现象。为了分析该摩擦副的性能,建立了船用发动机重载工况下凸轮-滚轮-滚轮销相互耦合的混合热弹流润滑模型,获得了该摩擦副在一个工作循环(即凸轮旋转一周,360°转角)的摩擦学结果。分析表明,来自喷油器的燃油压力会显著降低凸轮-滚轮-滚轮销摩擦副之间的油膜厚度,同时产生较为严重的微凸体接触,并且凸轮-滚轮-滚轮销之间的耦合效应是造成滚轮打滑的主要原因。凸轮-滚轮从动件单元中的摩擦损失以滚轮-滚轮销副为主,其在工作过程中会产生显著的摩擦温升。基于该模型,还研究了滚轮销修型对减摩和降磨的影响,发现型线改进后可以降低约7.2%的摩擦损失以及12.8%的磨损负载。此外,实验与仿真结果的对比表明模型是有效的并且预测结果也是合理的。The cam-roller-pin pair is the key component of fuel injectors in high-power marine engines,which supports the extremely high fuel pressure from the injector,leading to possible roller slip and severe surface wear.To analyze the performance of this friction pair,a mixed thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication model considering the coupling effects of the cam-roller-pin under heavy-duty operating conditions of marine engines is developed.The results show that the high fuel pressure from the injector significantly reduces oil film thickness and increases asperity contact and the coupling effects among the cam-roller-pin could cause roller slip.The friction loss in the cam-roller follower unit is primarily attributed to the roller-pin contact,and the temperature rise in this contact is also more significant.The influences of pin profile modification on friction reduction and wear reduction are also investigated,and the modified profile design resulted in a reduction of approximately 7.2%in friction loss and 12.8%in wear load.Additionally,the comparison between experimental and simulation results shows that the model is valid and the predicted results are reasonable.
