摘  要:工业和海洋大气环境会导致钢轨的大气腐蚀,进而加速钢轨服役性能劣化与失效进程。为研究工业和海洋大气环境对U71Mn钢轨腐蚀与磨损行为的影响,通过电化学工作站分析钢轨在不同浓度Na HSO_(3)和NaCl溶液中的电化学行为,利用电化学-往复摩擦磨损试验机阐释四种法向载荷下钢轨在Na HSO_(3)和NaCl溶液中的腐蚀磨损行为。结果表明:钢轨的腐蚀速率与Na HSO_(3)溶液浓度呈正相关,随NaCl溶液浓度增加呈先增加后减少趋势;在NaCl溶液浓度高于0.311 mol/L后腐蚀产物发生累积增强了钢轨和空气的隔绝作用,因此钢轨腐蚀行为减轻。钢轨腐蚀速率和磨损深度随法向载荷增加在NaHSO_(3)溶液中均呈增加趋势,其中,钢轨腐蚀破坏机械性能进而促进磨损,同时磨损行为破坏钢轨钝化膜进而加剧腐蚀;在NaCl溶液中钢轨腐蚀速率和磨损深度随法向载荷增加均呈先减小后增加趋势,载荷较小时锈层和钝化膜的保护作用减少了钢轨基体材料流失,载荷较大时钝化膜的损伤促进腐蚀磨损。通过研究大气环境下钢轨腐蚀行为可以探明锈层对钢轨腐蚀的影响,钢轨腐蚀磨损行为研究可以为服役钢轨寿命预测提供理论指导。Industrial and marine atmospheric environments could lead to the atmospheric corrosion of rail,which will accelerate its service performance deterioration and failure process.In order to study the influence of industrial and marine atmospheric environments on the corrosion and wear behaviors of U71Mn rail,the electrochemical behavior of rail in different concentrations of NaHSO_(3)and NaCl solution is analyzed using the orthogonal test method through the electrochemical workstation.The corrosion and wear behaviors of rail under four normal loads in NaHSO_(3)and NaCl solution are analyzed by electrochemical reciprocating friction and wear testing machine.The results show that the corrosion rate of rail is positively correlated with the concentration of NaHSO_(3)solution,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of NaCl solution concentration.When the concentration of NaCl solution is higher than 0.311 mol/L,the accumulation of corrosion products enhances the isolation between rail and air,so the corrosion behavior of rail is reduced.The corrosion rate and wear depth of the rail increase with the increase of normal load in NaHSO_(3)solution.The mechanical properties of the corrosion will be damaged which promotes the wear,and the wear will damage the rail passivation film which intensifies the corrosion.In NaCl solution,the corrosion rate and wear depth of the rail decrease and then increase with the increase of normal load.Under the low load condition,the protective effects of rust layer and passivation film reduce the loss of rail substrate material.Under the large load,the passivation film damage promotes the corrosion wear.The influence of rust layer on rail corrosion can be investigated by studying rail corrosion behavior in atmospheric environment,and the study of rail corrosion and wear behavior can provide theoretical guidance for rail life prediction in service.
