摘 要:提出了一种0°侧刃后角的PCD微细铣磨刀具结构,构建了单刃单磨粒正交切削仿真模型,分析了其铣磨复合加工机理。建立了同时考虑切削刃剪切力和后刀面磨削力的切削力模型,根据顺铣和逆铣下刀具结构和切削参数之间的关系确定了切入、切出角的表达式和切削刃与工件的接触情况。在此基础上通过实验拟合剪切力系数与磨削力系数,实现了铣磨刀具瞬时切削力的预测,并在TC4钛合金上开展了切削力模型验证实验,验证了构建的切削力模型能够有效的预测铣磨复合加工中的切削力。进一步在硬质合金工件上开展了铣磨刀具性能测试,结果表明,相比常规结构的PCD微细铣刀,所研制的PCD微细铣磨复合刀具能够有效提升加工质量。A PCD micro milling-grinding combined machining tool structure with 0°side edge rake angle is proposed.The simulation model of single-edge and single-abrasive orthogonal cutting is constructed,and the mechanism of milling-grinding combined machining is analyzed.A cutting force model considering cutting edge shear force and tool flank face grinding force is constructed based on the micro-element method.According to the relationship between cutting tool structure and cutting parameters under up-milling and down-milling,the expression of cutting angle and the contact between cutting edge and workpiece are determined.On this basis,the prediction of the instantaneous cutting force of the mill is realized by fitting the shear force coefficient and grinding force coefficient through experiments,and cutting force model verification experiments are carried out on titanium alloy TC4.The experimental results show that the established cutting force model can effectively predict the cutting force in milling-grinding combined machining.The milling-grinding combined machining tool performance tests are further carried out on cemented carbide workpiece.The results show that compared with conventional PCD micro end mill,the developed PCD milling-grinding combined machining tool can effectively improve machining quality.
