摘  要:我国研究生教育正在朝着内涵式发展的方向迈进,导师和学生之间的关系直接关系到研究生培养质量的好坏。本文旨在探讨综合运用导师能力评估、学生沟通类型评估和个人发展计划制定的方法,构建高效的导生关系。首先,介绍了导师胜任力评价量表,该量表评估导师在保持有效沟通、建立一致的预期和目标、评估学生、培养独立性、尊重多样性和促进学生职业发展等六个能力维度上的表现,帮助导师了解自己并进行科学的能力评估。其次,根据有效沟通方式量表,将研究生分为思考型、行动型、支援型和创造型四种类型。在深入了解导师胜任力和学生沟通类型的基础上,介绍了导师和学生共同制定学生个人发展计划的方法。通过制定个人发展计划,导师和学生能够明确共同目标,并在研究生教育中进行有效的学术和职业生涯规划及指导。综合运用以上策略,能够提升导师的胜任力,促进研究生的成长发展。Graduate education in China is moving towards a more comprehensive development,and the relationship between supervisors and students directly affects the quality of training.This paper aims to explore the construction of efficient supervisor-student relationships through the integrated application of mentor competency assessment,student communication type evaluation,and personal development planning.Firstly,the Mentor Competence Assessment(MCA)is introduced,which evaluates mentor performance in six competency dimensions:maintaining effective communication,establishing consistent expectations and goals,assessing students,fostering independence,respecting diversity,and promoting student career development.This scale assists mentors in self-awareness and scientific competency assessment.Secondly,based on the Effective Communication Styles Scale(ECS),graduate students are categorized into four types:thinking-oriented,action-oriented,support-oriented,and creative-oriented.By comprehending the thinking styles and action approaches of both mentors and students,and establishing effective communication as a foundation,the method of developing individual development plan(IDP)jointly by mentors and students is introduced.Through the formulation of individual development plans,mentors and students can clarify common goals and provide effective guidance and planning for academic and career development in graduate education.By integrating the above strategies,mentor competency can be enhanced,and the growth and development of graduate students can be promoted.
