摘　　要：本文基于当前社会经济环境,将国企改革发展同公交场站空间综合服务转型升级相结合,针对首都独特的功能定位和产业特色,对以产业园区开发为主要方式的场站空间综合服务转型升级进行了分析,对城市更新的积极推动意义进行了阐释,并以北京公交南礼士路文化产业园区项目为例重点进行分析评估,旨在总结经验、拓展思路,为相关研究决策工作提供借鉴和参考。Based on the current socio-economic environment,this paper combines the reform and development of stateowned enterprises with the transformation and upgrading of comprehensive bus station space,analyzes the transformation and upgrading of station space comprehensive service with the development of industrial parks as the main way according to the unique functional positioning and industrial characteristics of the capital,explains the positive significance of urban renewal,and takes the Beijing Public Transport Nanlishi Road Cultural Industry Park project as an example for analysis and evaluation,aiming to summarize experience,expand ideas,and provide reference for related research and decision-making work.
