摘　　要：新辅助化疗已成为局部进展期胃癌的重要治疗策略,靶向治疗和免疫治疗目前在胃癌新辅助治疗中的作用日益显著。本文系统地回顾胃癌新辅助化疗的发展历程,阐述靶向药物和免疫药物在胃癌新辅助治疗中的应用现状,旨在为临床实践提供参考。Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become an important treatment strategy for locally advanced gastric cancer.Targeted therapy and immunotherapy are playing an increasingly important role in the neoadjuvant therapy of gastric cancer.Herein,the development of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer will be reviewed systematically,and the application of targeted drugs on gastric cancer and immune drugs in neoadjuvant drug therapy will be elaborated,intending to provide more references to support the clinical practice.
