摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是最常见的运动障碍,认知功能障碍是PD中一种常见的非运动症状。PD认知功能障碍分为PD轻度认知障碍和PD痴呆,PD轻度认知功能障碍是介于PD认知功能正常和PD痴呆之间的阶段。认知功能障碍将严重影响患者生活质量,因此如何筛查高风险认知功能障碍的PD患者以早期进行监测和干预至关重要。本文就PD认知功能障碍相关标志物研究进展进行文献综述。Parkinson's disease(PD)is the most common movement disorder,and cognitive dysfunction is a common non-motor symptom in PD.PD cognitive dysfunction is divided into mild cognitive impairment in PD and dementia in PD,and mild cognitive impairment is a stage between normal cognitive function and dementia in PD.Cognitive dysfunction will seriously affect patients'quality of life,so it is crucial to screen for PD patients at high risk of cognitive dysfunction for early monitoring and intervention.This artical provides a literature review on the progress of research on markers related to cognitive dysfunction in PD.
