摘　　要：目的分析实习护生家庭动力学与其抗逆力间的相关性,为提升实习护生抗逆力水平提供数据支持。方法2023年6—11月,采用一般资料调查表、修订版系统家庭动力学自评问卷、医务人员抗逆力量表对成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院实习的护生展开调查,采用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行分析。结果210名实习护生家庭动力学得分为(56.17±11.18)分,家庭氛围维度得分为(17.97±3.08)分,个性化维度得分为(14.41±4.33)分,系统逻辑维度得分为(14.61±2.73)分,疾病观念维度得分为(10.51±2.36)分;抗逆力得分为(59.21±11.93)分,决策应对维度得分为(20.24±4.33)分,人际联结维度得分为(14.29±3.01),理性思维维度得分为(12.72±2.93)分,柔性自适维度得分为(11.95±3.16)分。Pearson相关分析显示,实习护生家庭动力学与抗逆力及各维度间呈负相关(均P<0.01),实习护生家庭动力学状态与抗逆力水平功能间为正相关(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示,不同实习时间、家庭氛围、个性化、系统逻辑及是否参加过心理培训与实习护生抗逆力间差异有统计学意义(R2=0.629,调整后R2=0.621,F=56.54,P<0.01)。结论家庭在实习护生抗逆力中扮演重要角色,提高实习护生抗逆力水平不仅需要注重其个体内在特质的培养,也需要重视家庭功能的建设,从而为实习护生未来的职业发展提供更有力的支持。Objective To investigate the correlation between family dynamics and resilience of nursing students,and to provide data support for improving the level of resilience of them.Methods The general information questionnaire,the revised systematic family dynamics self-assessment questionnaire,and the medical staff resilience scale were used to investigate the nurse interns in the First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District from June to November 2023,and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results The score of family dynamics of 210 nursing students was(56.17±11.18)points,family climate dimension was(17.97±3.08)points,personalization dimension was(14.41±4.33)points,systems logic dimension was(14.61±2.73)points,illness perception dimension was(10.51±2.36)points.Resilience score was(59.21±11.93)points,decision-making and coping dimension was(20.24±4.33)points,interpersonal connection dimension was(14.29±3.01)points,rational thinking dimension was(12.72±2.93)points,and flexible self-adaptation dimension was(11.95±3.16)points.Pearson's correlation analysis showed that the scores of family dynamics and resilience and its dimensions were negatively correlated(all P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between the family dynamics status and the function of the level of resilience(P<0.01).The multiple linear regression showed that there was a statistically significant difference between different internship times,family atmosphere,personalization,system logic,and whether or not they had participated in psychological training,and resilience among the nursing students(R2=0.629,adjusted R2=0.621,F=56.54,P<0.01).Conclusion Family plays an important role in the resilience of nursing students.In order to improve the resilience level of nursing students,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of their internal traits,as well as to the construction of family functioning,aiming to provide more powerful support for the future career development of nursing students.
