摘 要:针对板式家具自动化生产线中常存在的产线拥堵、节拍缓慢、布局不平衡、分拣困难等问题,本文以某板式家具智能全自动生产线为研究对象,开展了一系列旨在提高其自动化、信息化、数字化水平的研究工作。首先,利用仿真软件对产线进行建模和数值仿真分析,以验证产线是否满足产能、布局和设备利用率等设计要求。其次,得出了产线的最优生产节拍为35 s,即产线以35 s的节拍生产,虽会产生部分拥堵,但生产仍能正常进行,且具有较好的生产效率。最后,为进一步优化产线,提出了3个优化方案对产线进行仿真分析。结果表明,所提出的优化方案三可有效缓解原方案中存在的产线拥堵问题,且通过加快节拍增加了上下料的速率,进而显著提升了产能,保证了企业的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of line congestion,slow beat,unbalanced layout and sorting difficulties that often exist in the automated production line of panel furniture,this paper took a panel furniture intelligent automatic production line as the research object,and carried out a series of research work in order to improve its automation,informatization,and digitalization level.Firstly,simulation software was used to model the production line and conduct numerical simulation analysis to verify whether the production line could meet the design requirements of capacity,layout and equipment utilization.Secondly,the optimal production beat of the production line was derived as 35 s.When the production line ran at a beat of 35 s,production can still be carried out normally and with good productivity.Even though there was some congestion.Finally,in order to further optimize the production line,three optimization schemes were proposed to simulate the production line.The results showed that the third proposed optimization scheme can effectively alleviate the congestion problem of the production line that existed in the original scheme,and by speeding up the beat to increase the rate of loading and unloading,which significantly improved the production capacity and ensured the economic benefits of the enterprise.
