摘 要:为明确白肋烟和马里兰烟侧流烟气中引起不愉悦气息的负向成分及其释放特征,对两者侧流烟气的释放情况进行了分析,并结合嗅辨分析,确定了主要负向成分。在打叶复烤过程中通过双重真空处理降低侧流烟气中负向成分的释放量,并对降低效果进行了评估。结果表明:(1)白肋烟和马里兰烟侧流烟气中主要负向成分有17种,包括酸类、氮杂环类和酚类化合物。(2)双重真空处理可以有效降低白肋烟和马里兰烟侧流烟气中主要负向成分的释放量,提升侧流烟气的舒适度,且对白肋烟的降低效果比马里兰烟更为明显。(3)双重真空处理对主流烟气的影响整体上相对较小,仅对β-大马酮的感官差异度有所影响。To identify the negative constituents contributing to offensive odors in sidestream smoke of burley and Maryland tobacco and their release characteristics,the sidestream smoke released from burley and Maryland tobacco made cigarettes were analyzed and the major sensorily negative components were determined by combination with olfactory analysis.A dual vacuum treatment was introduced to reduce the releases of the negative components in sidestream smoke during leaf threshing and redrying,and the reducing effects were evaluated.The results showed that:1)Seventeen major negative components were identified in the sidestream smoke of burley and Maryland tobacco cigarettes,including acids,N-containing heterocycles,and phenolic compounds.2)Dual vacuum treatment could effectively reduce the releases of the negative components in the sidestream of burley and Maryland tobacco cigarettes and improved the sensory perception of the sidestream smoke.The reducing effect was more obvious for burley tobacco than for Maryland tobacco.3)The dual vacuum treatment showed relatively little effect on the mainstream smoke as a whole,only the sensory difference ofβ-damascenone was affected.
