摘 要:高质量国际中文教育人才的培养是国际中文教育高质量发展的关键所在。本文通过对政府、高校、教师和学生等利益相关者的深入分析,指出当前国际中文教育人才培养中存在目标不明确、课程设置不合理、教师素养不达标、学生发展受限等问题,提出政府应加强目标引导,高校需实现课程、师资、实践的全方位育人,教师应持续提升自我、创新教学方法,学生则应全面发展;通过政府、高校、教师、学生等多方利益者的协同努力,促进国际中文教育人才培养的专业化与职业化,进而推动国际中文教育质量的全面提升。The cultivation of high-quality international Chinese education talents is the key to the high-quality development of international Chinese education.Through an in-depth analysis of stakeholders such as governments,universities,teachers,and students,the article points out that there are problems such as unclear goals,unreasonable curriculum,substandard teacher quality and limited student development in the current international Chinese education talent training.The article proposes the government should strengthen goal guidance and colleges and universities need to achieve all-round education in curriculum,teachers and practice.Teachers should continue to improve themselves and innovate teaching methods,and students should develop in an all-round way.Through the collaborative efforts of governments,universities,teachers,students and other stakeholders,we will promote the professionalization of international Chinese education talent training,and then promote the overall improvement of the quality of international Chinese education.
