抑郁者努力动机不足的表征及其影响机制研究

摘　　要：抑郁者在努力成本决策中表现出努力动机不足的特点,即相比于健康者较少付出身体和认知努力。抑郁者努力动机不足的影响因素主要有其他精神疾病以及预期性和体验性快感缺失。进一步分析其内在机制发现,奖赏反应性降低以及认知控制能力减弱可能导致了抑郁者的努力动机缺失。未来需深化对抑郁者认知努力动机不足的探究、基于脑网络和计算模型拓展抑郁者努力动机不足的神经机制研究,以及注重对抑郁者动机缺失的干预研究。Individuals with major depressive disorder(MDD)have been found to expend less physical and cognitive effort in effort-cost decision-making(ECDM)compared to the healthy.Factors related to the motivational deficit in MDD could be other mental disorders and anticipatory or consummatory anhedonia.Furthermore,low reward reactivity and insufficient cognitive control may be the mechanism underlying the motivational deficit in MDD.Future research is needed to further investigate the ECDM deficit based on cognitive effort to explore the neural mechanism from the perspective of brain network and computational model and focus on the motivational intervention in MDD.
