摘 要:随着教育现代化进程的不断推进,世界各国越来越重视高等教育入学公平状况的改善,尤其是针对弱势群体学生。澳大利亚作为发达国家,在保障弱势群体高等教育入学公平方面颁布了许多有效的政策,比如《2003年高等教育支持法》和《高等教育参与和合作计划》。在这些政策的支持下,联邦政府采取了很多具体的发展措施,包括为弱势群体学生提供资金援助、创设专门的监管机构以促进高校招收弱势群体学生、培养特殊教师来对弱势群体学生进行辅助等。这些措施的制定有效促使弱势群体学生享受到公平的高等教育入学机会,极大地推进高等教育公平化进程,对我国高等教育现代化发展具有一定的借鉴意义。With the continuous advancement of education modernization,countries all over the world pay more attention to the improvement of enrollment equity in higher education,especially for the disadvantaged students.As a developed country,Australia has promulgated many effective policies to ensure fair access to higher education for the disadvantaged groups,such as the Higher Education Support Act 2003 and the Higher Education Participation and Cooperation Plan.With the support of these policies,the federal government has taken a lot of specific development mea-sures,including providing the financial assistance for the disadvantaged students,establishing a spe-cial supervision organization to promote the recruitment of disadvantaged students in colleges and universities,and training special teachers to assist the disadvantaged students.The enactment of these measures effectively makes the students from the disadvantaged groups enjoy the fair opportu-nities of higher education and promotes the process of fairness of higher education.It has certain ref-erence significance for the development of our country's modern higher education.
