摘　　要：“民法典”的思政价值表达,体现在弘扬社会主义核心价值观的价值目标、民法原则与民事法律规则的价值诠释以及社会主义核心价值观的司法运用等方面。教师应充分挖掘“民法典”各编中的思政元素,寻找民法学知识与思政元素的结合点。教师要通过案例分析、分组讨论等灵活多元的教学方式以及生动丰富的第二课堂,将思政教育潜移默化地融入“民法典”专业课程教学之中。The expression of ideological and political value of Civil Code is embodied in the value goal of promoting the socialist core values,the value interpretation of civil law principles and civil law rules,and the judicial application of socialist core values,etc.Teachers should fully explore the ideological and political elements in the Civil Code and find the combination of civil law knowledge and ideological and political elements.Teachers should imperceptibly integrate ideological and polit-ical education into the teaching of Civil Code professional courses through flexible and diversified teaching methods,such as case analysis,group discussion,etc.
