摘　　要：随着双碳理念的不断深化,石油化工企业的转型升级成为目前我国实现双碳目标的重要举措之一。为了研究石油化工企业的战略环境,通过构建企业战略环境分析框架,运用pestn、五力模型、space等分析方法,发现石油化工企业的宏观竞争力处于次要优势与主要优势之间,虽有一定的优势,但不明显;中下游现有竞争者竞争较为激烈,潜在进入者威胁较小,替代品威胁大,供应商议价能力强,购买者议价能力一般;石油化工企业战略属于防御型战略,最后提出能源企业转型升级是未来研究的重要方向。As the concept of dual carbon goals continues to deepen,the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical enterprises has become a significant measure for China to achieve its dual carbon goals.To investigate the strategic environment of petrochemical enterprises,this study constructs an analytical framework for corporate strategic environments and employs analytical methods such as PESTN,Five Forces Model,and the SPACE analysis methods.The findings reveal that the macroeconomic competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises lies between a secondary and primary advantage,with certain strengths,though not prominent.In the midstream and downstream sectors,competition among existing competitors is intense,while the threat from from potential entrant is relatively low.The threat of substitutes is substantial,suppliers possess strong bargaining power,and buyers have moderate bargaining power.The strategic positoning of petrochemical enterprises leans toward a defensive strategy.Finally,it is proposed that promoting the transformation and up grading of energy enter prisesisan important direction of futurer esearch.
