摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种以进行性记忆和认知障碍为特征的神经退行性疾病,是最常见的痴呆症类型。AD的发病机制尚不完全清楚,但已知涉及淀粉样斑块沉积、tau蛋白异常磷酸化、炎症反应激活以及神经元凋亡等多个方面。阿培林(Apelin)是一种广泛存在于人体各种组织和器官中的神经保护性肽。在Apelin家族中,Apelin-13是最常见的一种,也最具有神经保护作用。本文从Apelin-13与AD的相关信号通路出发,综述了近年来的研究进展,旨在为预防和治疗AD,延缓病情恶化提供新的治疗靶点和策略。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive memory and cognitive impairment,and is the most common type of dementia.The pathogenesis of AD is not fully understood,but it is known to involve the deposition of amyloid plaques,the abnormal phosphorylation of tau protein,the activation of inflammatory response,and the apoptosis of neurons.Apelin is a neuroprotective peptide that is widely present in various tissues and organs of the human body.Among the Apelin family,Apelin-13 is the most common and the most neuroprotective one.This article reviews the recent experimental research progress from the perspective of Apelin-13 and its related signaling pathways in AD,aiming to provide new therapeutic targets and strategies for preventing and treating AD,and delaying the deterioration of the disease.
