摘　　要：妄想被视为帕金森病患者最严重的精神症状之一。妄想不仅严重影响帕金森病患者的日常生活,还可能导致患者被安置在养老院或精神卫生专科医院,甚至增加其病死率。本文介绍了帕金森病患者妄想的概述、类别、评估工具和影响因素,并详细探讨了妄想对帕金森病患者及其照顾者造成的影响及可能的治疗与干预措施,为预防和改善帕金森病患者妄想的症状提供科学依据。未来研究应着重探索帕金森病患者妄想的影响因素,开发特异性评估工具,并制定针对性的干预策略,以更有效地应对这一挑战。Delusions is considered one of the most severe psychiatric symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Delusions not only seriously affect the daily life of people with PD,they can also lead to placement in nursing homes or mental health hospitals,and even increase their case fatality rate.This article provides a comprehensive overview of delusions in PD patients,including their categories,assessment tools,and influencing factors.It also extensively discusses the impact of delusions on patients and their caregivers,along with potential intervention measures.The aim is to provide a scientific basis for preventing and alleviating delusional symptoms in individuals with Parkinson’s disease.Future research should focus on exploring the factors influencing delusions in PD patients,developing specific assessment tools,and formulating targeted intervention strategies to effectively address this challenge.
