大件废旧家具回收利用体系与策略分析

摘　　要：顺应可持续发展与低碳经济发展策略,优化大件废旧家具回收利用体系,提升大件废旧家具回收利用率,通过分析大件废旧家具回收利用产业政策和市场现状,总结归纳出大件废旧家具在回收利用技术、循环利用方式和各环节沟通渠道等方面存在不足。基于家具产品全生命周期理论,从优化回收利用流程、重构回收利用生态体系和构建回收利用信息化系统等方面入手,构建了大件废旧家具回收利用体系。并从创新回收利用技术、完善循环利用标准和健全回收利用机制3个方面提出大件废旧家具回收利用优化策略,以期实现资源有效利用和环境可持续发展。In the context of national policies promoting garbage classification and treatment,the recycling and utilization system of bulky waste furniture must be optimized to align with sustainable development and low-carbon economic development strategies,thereby increasing the recycling rate of bulky waste furniture.By analyzing industrial policies and market conditions surrounding bulky waste furniture recycling and utilization,the deficiencies in recycling technology,collection modes,and communication channels across the value chain are identified.Grounded in the theory of product life cycle managements,a comprehensive recycling system for bulky waste furniture is constructed,addressing optimization of the recycling process,reconstruction of the recycling ecosystem,and development of a recycling information system.Furthermore,a three-pronged strategy is proposed to enhance bulky waste furniture recycling and utilization:innovating recycling technologies,improving recycling standards,and perfecting recycling mechanisms.This holistic approach aims to achieve effective resources utilization and environmental sustainability.
