摘  要:基于高职教育四链融合的逻辑基础,厘清高职教育融合发展的困境。现阶段,高职教育融合发展主要面临各主体沟通不畅、产教融合不深、专业链条融合不紧密、人才链建设创新不足的现实困境。为了实现高职教育师资、科研、人才培养、社会认同的高水准输出,需要不同主体协同发力,突破在融合过程中的制度壁垒,实现四链之间的衔接,推动教育与产业紧密结合。Based on the logical foundation of the four chain integration of higher vocational education,it is necessary to clarify the difficulties in the integration development of higher vocational education.Currently,the integrated development of higher vocational education mainly faces the realistic dilemma of poor communication among various subjects,not deep integration of industry and education,not close integration of professional chain,and insufficient innovation of talent chain construction.In order to achieve high-level output of higher vocational education teachers,scientific research,talent cultivation,and social identity,it is imperative that all entities collaborate to break through institutional barriers.This involves establishing connections between the four chains and fostering a close combination between education and industry.
