“微载体”应用于高职电商专业学生职业生涯规划教育的研究

摘　　要：职业生涯规划教育是高职院校的一门重要课程,帮助学生明晰职业发展方向,为就业创业奠定基础。通过调研高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,分析了高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育遇到的问题及挑战,提出了应用“微载体”打造“双线融合、专创融合”电商专业职业生涯规划教育微课程平台,打造校级自媒体平台,培养学生“关键意见领袖”等策略。Career planning education is an important course in higher vocational colleges and universities,which helps students clarify the direction of career development and lays the foundation for employment and entrepreneurship.By investigating the current situation of career planning education of higher vocational college students,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges encountered in student career planning education in higher vocational college,and puts forward strategies such as applying“micro-carriers”to build“dual-line integration and specialized integration”career planning education micro-course platform of e-commerce majors,building school-level self-media platform,and cultivating students’“key opinion leaders”.
