摘 要:轨道复合不平顺会对车体响应产生不同程度的叠加增幅效果,可能导致单一不平顺控制标准无法涵盖的车辆运行安全问题。为全面研究复合不平顺对高速列车运行品质的影响规律,补充完善高速铁路复合不平顺评价标准体系,通过建立车轨耦合动力学模型,分析复合不平顺组合类型、间隔距离及幅值等因素对动力学性能的影响机理,并提出动态评价标准体系。研究结果表明:脱轨系数及车体横向加速度受复合不平顺叠加效应影响增幅明显;高速铁路水平-轨向型复合不平顺对车体动力学响应影响最为不利,三角坑-轨向型次之;高速铁路复合不平顺峰值最大间隔影响距离为50 m;给出200~250、250(不含)~350 km/h高速线路Ⅲ、Ⅳ级轨道复合不平顺动态容许偏差管理区域,为应用于现场控制轨道复合不平顺及指导养护维修提供理论依据。Complex irregularities of the track have different degrees of superposition effect on vehicle dynamic response,which may lead to vehicle operation safety problems that cannot be covered by a single irregularity control standard.In order to analyze the influence of complex irregularities on high-speed trains and perfect the evaluation standard system of complex irregularities of high-speed railways,a vehicle-track coupling dynamic simulation model was established.The effects of combination types of complex irregularities,the variation of amplitude and spacing distance on the dynamic performance were analyzed,and a dynamic evaluation standard system of complex irregularities was proposed.The conclusions are as follows:derailment coefficient and lateral vehicle acceleration increase significantly due to the superposition effect of complex irregularities;alignment-level complex irregularity of high-speed railway has the most unfavorable influence on the dynamic response of vehicle,followed by twist-alignment complex irregularity;the maximum influence distance of peak interval of complex irregularity of high-speed railway is 50 m;the allowable deviation management areas of gradeⅢandⅣdynamic track complex irregularities for 200~250 km/h and 250(excluding)~350 km/h high-speed lines are given,providing theoretical basis for application in the field to control track complex irregularities and guide maintenance and repair.
