摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调查和逻辑分析等方法,探究数智化赋能滑雪产业高质量发展的价值、困境,并提出发展路径。价值:优化资源配置,提升运营效率;数据驱动决策,助力精准营销;提升滑雪体验,激发市场需求。困境:数智化转型成本高,数据信息共享不足,技术创新能力不足,数智文化基础薄弱。路径:拓宽融资渠道,多元经营模式;开放数据共享,推动协同发展;推动技术创新,提升内生动力;强化数智认知,夯实文化基础。By using the methods of literature review,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper explored the value and dilemma of high-quality development of ski industry empowered by digital intelligence,and put forward the development path.Value:It optimizes resource allocation to improve operational efficiency,leverages data-driven decisions to facilitate targeted marketing,and enhances the skiing experience to stimulate market demand.Dilemma:The transformation cost of digital intelligence is high,the sharing of data and information is insufficient,the ability of technological innovation is insufficient,and the cultural foundation of digital intelligence is weak.Path:We should broadenfinancing channels to diversify business models,open up data information sharing to promote coordinated development,promote technological innovation to enhance internal driving force,and strengthen digital intelligence awareness to consolidate cultural foundation.
