正念养育与高校本科毕业生就业压力间的关系

摘　　要：目的分析正念养育和本科生就业压力间的关系。方法采用大学生就业压力相关问卷及正念教养问卷,对山西大同大学223名毕业生及其抚养者正念养育水平进行分析。结果223名毕业生的就业压力中等(2.87±0.43),且女生的就业压力略高于男生(P<0.05);就业压力应对较好(3.18±0.24);抚养者正念养育处在中等偏上的水平;正念养育与就业压力呈负相关(r=-0.186,P<0.05),且抚养者受教育程度与就业压力应对呈正相关(r=0.143,P<0.05)。结论毕业生面临着中等偏上的就业压力,且女生的就业压力高于男生;正念养育水平较高的抚养者,孩子的就业压力较低,且抚养者受教育程度对毕业生就业压力应对具有积极影响。Objective To analyze the relationship between mindful parenting and employment stress of undergraduates.Methods The level of mindful parenting of 223 graduates and their caregivers in a college in Shanxi Datong University was analyzed by using the questionnaire on employment stress and the questionnaire on mindful parenting.Results The employment pressure of graduates was medium(2.87±0.43),and the employment pressure of female students was slightly higher than that of male students.Employment pressure coping well(3.18±0.24);The level of caretakers'mindful parenting was above average.There was a negative correlation between mindful parenting and employment stress(r=-0.186,P<0.05),and the education level of the caregivers was positively correlated with the coping with employment stress(r=0.143,P<0.05).Conclusion The employment pressure of graduates above average,and the employment pressure of female students higher than that of male students.The higher level of mindful parenting,the children's employment pressure lower,and the education level of the caretakers has a positive impact on the employment pressure of graduates.
