摘  要:随着宏基因组学的发展,共生菌失调在多种非感染性疾病中的间接作用逐渐受到人们的关注。越来越多的研究表明共生菌失调与肺癌的进展显著相关,其机制可能涉及免疫、炎症和代谢等多方面,但仍有待进一步阐释。γδT细胞是一类主要存在于上皮屏障内的先天免疫细胞,作为感知共生菌的第一道防线,参与屏障稳态、炎症调节和肿瘤免疫。本文总结了γδT细胞抗癌和促癌的双重性、可塑性,从共生菌和γδT细胞相互作用的角度,阐明共生菌通过对γδT细胞的活化、调控及迁移来影响肺癌进展,以期为今后通过干预共生菌来治疗肺癌提供新的思路。With the development of metagenomics,the indirect role of bacterial imbalance in a variety of non-infectious diseases has attracted increasing attention.More and more studies have shown that it is significantly related to the progression of lung cancer.The mechanism may involve many aspects such as immunity,inflammation and metabolism,but it still needs to be further explained.TheγδT cells are a group of innate immune cells mainly present in the epithelial barrier,which involve in barrier homeostasis,inflammation regulation,and tumor immunity as the first line of defense for sensing symbiotic bacteria.In this paper,we summarized the duality and plasticity ofγδT cells in cancer prevention and promotion,and clarified the important mechanism of the interaction between symbiotic bacteria andγδT cells in promoting the progression of lung cancer,in hope to provide a new idea for the treatment of lung cancer by intervening symbiotic bacteria in the future.
