摘　　要：全国应用翻译研讨会是中国翻译协会和上海市科技翻译学会联合主办的学术平台,至今已办了十届。本文以历届研讨会为主线,梳理并重现了我国应用翻译的系统研究从无到有、拔地而起的过程;分析了以方梦之为代表的学者提出的历届议会的主题及议题;从本体论、价值观、方法论的角度归纳他提出的应用翻译研究的基本范畴和基本概念,包括应用翻译研究的理论框架、宏中微三分、达旨—循规—共喻三原则以及应用翻译的特殊研究等概念范畴。The National Symposium on Pragmatic Translation,jointly organized by the Translators Association of China and the Shanghai Sci-Tech Translation Society,serves as a scholarly platform that has convened ten editions to date.This paper utilizes these conferences as a chronological framework to explore and delineate the evolution of systematic pragmatic translation research within China,from its nascent stages to its firm establishment.It delves into the themes and issues presented by Fang Mengzhi,a notable representative in this field.From perspectives of ontology,values,and methodology,this paper encapsulates the foundational categories and concepts proposed by Fang.These include the theoretical framework of pragmatic translation research,a tri-level division of macro,meso,and micro perspectives,the three principles of purposefulness,rule compliance,and mutual intelligibility,and the distinctive research areas within pragmatic translation,and the like.
