摘　　要：探讨黑格尔“家庭”伦理话题,其性别关系是一个十分重要的问题。黑格尔“家庭”伦理思想中的性别关系,可以概括为:其一,静态的男性/女性的性别二分对立关系。立足现代性父性哲学视域,构建作为女性“他者”的家庭伦理共同体的自然存在,形成自我与“他者”根本对立的格局。这种对立的现实形式为:神的规律—女性—家庭—自然伦理共同体,人的规律—男性—社会—国家普遍伦理共同体,男女性别呈现为等差性对立;其二,动态的男性/女性作为“对立物体”,女性客观上从属于男性的相互转化统一过程;其三,女性—家庭—神的“否定性”存在。其深刻的政治哲学意义在于揭示了“国家”这个普遍实体存在,遭遇“他者”解构的必然性和永久持存的不可能性。客观上预判了作为“他者”的女性哲学时代到来。The gender concept is a very important view in the discussion of Hegel’s“family”ethics?The gender concept in Hegel’s“family”ethical thought can be summarized as follows:firstly,the static male/female gender dichotomy?Based on the modern paternity philosophy,the natural existence of the family ethics community as the female“other”is constructed,and the pattern of fundamental opposition between self and“other”is formed?The reality forms of such opposition are:The law of god,the common world of female,family and natural ethics,the law of man,the universal ethical community of male,society and country,and the gender of men and women are presented as unequal opposition?Secondly,the dynamic male/female as“opposing objects”,female objectively subordinate to the mutual transformation and unity process of male?Thirdly,the“negative”existence of female-family-God?Its profound political and philosophical significance lies in the revelation of the inevitability and impossibility of permanent existence of the universal entity of“the state”,when it encounters the deconstruction of“the other”?Objectively,it predicts the arrival of the era of female philosophy as“the other”?
