摘  要:米根霉(Rhizopusoryzae)具有丰富的生物基平台化学品制造能力及丰富的产酶多样性,其能产糖化酶、α-淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶以及菊粉酶等,可应用于生物柴油生产、环境保护和腐败蔬菜降解等众多领域.主要对米根霉产酶研究及应用进行了描述,包括米根霉产酶活性,与其他微生物联合培养产酶,产酶的固定化和异源表达等,以期能为米根霉产酶的进一步应用提供科学指导.Rhizopus oryzae has rich capabilities in the manufacturing of biobased platform chemicals and rich enzyme diversity,capable of producing glucoamylase,alpha amylase,pectinase,cellulase,lipase,and inulinase,R.oryzaes are widely used in many fields such as biodiesel production,environmental protection,and degradation of spoiled vegetables.The research and application of R.oryzaes′ enzyme production were described mainly,including enzyme production activity,cocultivation with other microorganisms for enzyme production,immobilization and heterologous expression of enzyme production,etc.Its purpose is toprovide scientific guidance further for the application of R.oryzae enzyme.
