摘　　要：加强大学生公益人格培养是实现立德树人这一教育根本任务的重要方面和创新形式。本研究基于对寻甸乡村新内生发展项目的案例追踪,归纳、提炼参与式发展视角下大学生公益人格培养模式的教育思路与实践路径,以期充实中国公益慈善教育的经验累积,创新探索公益人才培养的本土实践模式。基于项目评估,发现大学生公益人格培养过程中仍然面临动机不可控、供需错位、连贯性不足、多主体联动有待深入等现实困境。为此,需要从激发学生内生动力、创新公益教育形式、加强培育项目顶层设计、构建整合式教育平台等方面入手,进一步优化大学生公益人格培养的质效。Strengthening the cultivation of college students'public welfare personality is an important aspect and innovative form of realizing the fundamental mission of forstering virtue.Based on the case stydy of the rural neo-endogenous development project in Xundian county,this study summarizes and extracts the educational ideas and practice paths of the cultivation of college students'public welfare personality from the perspective of participatory development,in order to enrich the experience accumulation of China's public welfare education and explore the local practice mode of public welfare talent training.According to project evaluation,there are still real challenges in cultivating public welfare personality,such as uncontrollable motivation,mismatch between supply and needs,insufficient consistency,and the need for deeper integration among multiple stakeholders.To address these challenges,we need to start from stimulating students'intrinsic motivation,innovating the forms of public welfare education,strengthening the top-level design of projects,and building an integrated educational platform.These measures will further enhance the quality and effectiveness of public welfare personality cultivation for college students.
