摘　　要：目的观察电热砭石联合循经推拿法在脑瘫高危儿中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月在黑龙江省海员总医院治疗的78例脑瘫高危儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予电热砭石联合循经推拿法。比较两组干预前后的Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)、改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MAS)评分。结果干预前,两组AIMS、MAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组AIMS评分均升高,MAS评分均降低,且观察组的AIMS评分高于对照组,MAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电热砭石联合循经推拿法能提高脑瘫高危儿运动功能发育水平,改善肌肉痉挛。Objective To observe the application effect of electro-heating stone needle combined with massage along the meridian in high risk children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 78 high risk children with cerebral palsy treated in Heilongjiang Seafarers General Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given electro-heating stone needle combined with massage along the meridian on the basis of control group.The Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS)and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the AIMS and MAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the AIMS score increased and the MAS score decreased in both groups,and the AIMS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the MAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-heating stone needle combined with massage along the meridian can improve the development of motor function and musc le spasm in high risk children with cerebral palsy.
